Can Linus' 4K build handle Oculus?

Looking at the GPU, it is below the recommended requirements. And looking why the OR team made it to 290, is because of motion sickness. I myself, am not a motion sickness guy. So can his 4K build handle OR?

Linus build is really meh. it has an fx chip in it and kinston ssd and wd green. EW. 

Looking at the resolution spec sure it can. It's only 2160x1200 for the consumer version

Yes because we have 12000 employees at this location. A while back 7000 employees were caught using Netflix and YouTube. Now work is against any type of streaming or online video service. Work blocks a lot of stuff now. This will better explain it.
