convert to MP4

Hi guys, i found solution how to import video files into Vegas Pro 12.0. I have to convert them into MP4 now i found program that works but i always lose quality, like a lot of quality it literally looks like sh!t.

So do you know any programs? Or should i just change my Codec (That i record with) if yes please give me few options please :)
