question about VAC bans

so if you are on a family share account and you get VAC banned on it does it also VAC that game on your main account because a hacker who got banned on rust was on one and said if he gets banned he will just get another family account and come back and c4 my base again, he was c4ing my base over and over 

 

EDIT: to makes this clear his main account he is not using he is using a family share account to hack on so  if his family account gets banned will his main account (the account that is sharing the game)

valve decided its your responsibilty who you "family" share with.

 

i'm pretty sure this is to avoid people from (ab)using the sharing system to get around vac bans.

 

EDIT: at least i'm pretty sure it's like this.

also, i doubt you can get a VAC ban for griefing on rust.

The VAC ban is for the account.

The VAC ban is for the GAME on that account and all those linked with it.  If you create an another account on the same PC and think that you can just play it from that account through Family Share than you're mistaken. 

Valve isn't filled with idiots.

no hes flying and spawning c4 and blowing up my base hes hacking

actually, does rust *have* vac?

also, have you contacted the server admin? because i'm pretty sure this is more his deal than valve's deal.

yes rust has anti cheat and VAC banns i know becase ive seen in chat many times people got kicked and banned by anit cheat and when the dev bannes it vac bans them and its a official server witch doent have admins only devs who rarely come on
