Ethernet limited conection please help!

Guys i just started up my PC,and theres no internet ive plugged in an ethernet cable but its not working.i havent installed any drivers and i dont have the graphics card yet,

If you have drivers installed and it still doesn't work and you have no router it's probably your mac address.
