A Program that shows what process is using my GPU

Give me a straight link to it, I have been searching all over the net and found just bullshit. Something is using my gpu(spikes to 90% usage in afterburner) and i suspect its a virus because my AV was off for some time. And I am too lazy to scan anything.

Coming to a forum to ask for software recommendations to download and install said software to do a scan is more effort than just doing a scan.

But the scan will take long..

 

Ok so where to scan? C:?
