I want to put water cooling in it. It doesn't have to be ultra quiet. The space for cables and radiators is needed.

The Phanteks Enthoo Pro is indeed only around €100.- depending on where you live, and it can accomodate a 140mm rad in the back, a 240mm in the bottom, a 280mm in the front and a 420mm in the top. I don't think you can do much better for the price.

Entho luxe is a nicer, more metal, and lighting entho pro.

Fractal design define S? Phanteks enthoo pro? NZXT H440? They're probably the best I can think of at the moment for watercooling at that price.
