There were two. It picked up Super Pi as Malware...

If you found 2 there are most likely more.A clean install would be good

My HDD is constantly at full utilisation but the read/write speeds are pathetic ~ 0.1 MB/s. The computer takes about half an hour once it is turned on before I can use it. 

 

The problem only started last night. Any ideas what is going on?

Here is the test. I ran it after I scanned and it was running better.

Did you found any malware?
