ok lol idk how to do it my self so i installed the intel diver utility for my processor and the amd utility for my graphics card im on a laptop btw

Yes, there is. Should you use one, no. Best that I can somewhat recommend is Driver Booster free from IObit. Also mobos software center is good for mobo drivers. And Geforce Experience also informs when update is available.
