Lighting for Corsair 780t Case

Revan654
Go to solution Solved by W-L,

It doesn't need to be UV, If theirs a dark blue, I'm perfectly fine with that.

It should allow you to do that with RGB and have basically all the colors in between. The only color that ins't going to be as clean is white since it's a mix of all the colors RGB to make it.

I want to get some lighting for my case. I was thinking of picking up Phobya LED-Flexlight RGB Controller With IR-Remote and Phobya LED-Flexlight LowDensity 60cm RGB. Or is their something better to get (Want UV / RGB and a remote)?

First time I'm installing lights in my case is 60cm a good length to light up my Corsair 780t case? or Should I get two 30 cm strips?

Hi! We can offer you high quality RGB LED's with a much better remote. The remote is RF so you can hide it behind your HDD cage or something like that, If you choose IR you would need to have nothing blocking the reciever.

You can check out our LED's right here:

And you can check out some of our client build here: https://goo.gl/CyGZP2

Icemodz makes some pretty good stuff especially sleeving but one thing I notice you wanted both UV LED's and RGB setup? You'll need two separate strips since RGB LED's can't produce UV light.

They also have a RF one where it uses Radio frequency so you don't need to point the remote directly at the receiver. There are a bunch of other Industry Affiliates on the forums that also that make some great LED lights.

Would the light strip work with this: http://www.hitlights.com/luma10-series-smd-5050-44-key-multicolor-remote-control-for-led-light-strips

As long as they are SMD 5050 or SMD3258 LED strips yes the ones from Icemodz should work with that no problem. Those remotes though aren't the best quality stuff sometimes, not always but sometimes.

OK, I'll buy one of the remotes from the site to play it safe. Thanks for all your help.
