I just got a tornado warning, said extreme alert, take shelter now.

I live in upstate Ny...

What should I do

EDIT: tornado happened, not that close to me, it was just an f0

Look out the window and evaluate the situation properly and don't rely on one source that may not even apply to you. I get a lot of those warnings on my phone and it's usually never relevant to my location.

take shelter i guess. Upstate ny is a weird place for a tornado though

You'll be fine, that is why I joke about it. Living in the midwest, Tornado warnings happen a few times a year.

stay away from Windows, i watched a tornado take out my school in the 4th grade, scary shit. Get to the lowest point of your house and wait. Everything can be cool then it hit the fan and you kiss your ass goodbye. Just wait it out, be safe.

Dude I used to live in minnesota , your fine .Most time tornadoes dont even get in your area and you just get strong winds

Man, tornado warnings are scary. I live in the midwest, so I kinda know what it's like. xD
