it will actually cost me only 450 € cause i will buy it on mind factory.de like everybody else in germany
then i will crank up the cpu to over  4 ghz

next month i want to add asus strix 970 or msi gaming 4g 970 for about 350€
and the month after that i will add a 4790 k or not k edition and replace the cpu
then i plan to add 8gb ram for 50€ and add 1tb hard drive for 50€

i plan to grab a deathadder croma and a cherry mx keyboard..

but i don't know which display to get, cause i play a lot of counterstrike and on a 60Hz display it really drives me crazy looking quickly up and down, its like the picture is cut in half...i also want to play pitcher on Ultra

should i get a 120z/144Hz display or one with vsync? i want a cheap 24" 1080p one if possible ..
also anything i should change?

thx

Build looks fine. You won't find a cheap high-refresh rate monitor : / I have an ASUS VG248. Worth every penny. The amount of adjustment in monitor position and image quality is just awesome. You might consider investing in a monitor before the high powered hardware because counter strike isn't a super intensely demanding game.
