Razer blackwidow chroma not recognizing by computer

Help my Razer Blackwidow croma wont connect to my pc it atually does but it shows installing device than its NONE LED on all time and i cannot type with it

 

It like works 100% i'm sure it worked before i disconnected it 

 

All the Razer software is installed and restarted PC...

EVEN connected in the working USB 3.0 port

Time for a RMA, their support is nice but SLOW as hell. I'm getting a brand new Chroma Friday because mine started Ghosting so bad that I couldn't even use it anymore and switches started becoming linier after 2 months of owning it.

YEAH... I bought one at some other Belgian website thats trusted it was brand new out of the box just owning it for a good 5-6 Months got it for new years

 

I dont think... i have warranty but i can always try to contact since my spacebar was also broken anyway i played way to much on that thing already
