My mouse gets super ganky from sweat in the cracks (lush i know)

 

any ideas on how to keep it clean?

Washing your hands is probably going to be a start, but aside from that technique, i would also support it with daily cleanings, using alcohol, or wipes. If i'm correct, and forgive me if i am wrong, but i believe some mouses come equipped with a special padding, of which adsorbs excess liquid on the surface. The Razer Naga 2010 has this, and i have heard of it else where also, so perhaps look into that?

Well I use isopropyl alcohol, it's easier :3
