first time boot failure

<p>Hey; my pc will not boot, the manual is telling me to hold delete or the directkey on my mobo to enter bios, either of those are working ! :c the mobo is signaling with a big green led thats it is turned on, sleep more or in soft-off mode. Thats the only led that is shining wich means all the components are ok, rigth? The mobo speaker is not saying anything. I have connected the mobo to my screen, also tried connecting the gpu.. the screens ligth turn on and then off agin saying it has no signal.. help please.. dunno what to do, any sugestions? If you solve it i give you an cookie</p>

Is the power switch working (try jumping it with a screwdriver)? Are all of your cables connected correctly? Triple check they are all connected and can't go in any further. If you have a debug 7 segment display on your mobo, does it say anything or does it stay off? Do you have a multimeter to test any voltages?

Also, what mobo, cpu, ram and PSU do you have?
