what is your trusted motherboard brands ? for ralability  ,

i have been reading reviews but those can be bias.....

 

i currently have M5A99X EVO and i have two probelms with .

  • pci -e 1 slot failed on me when i upgrade the graphics ( mabey me ESD)
  • when pushing the ram too 100 load on two types of ram it fails. as the aida64 says hardware failure ( i have had ram problems in the past.... previous ram was corsair)

i currently planning a build and i would like to purchase a motherboard and not  half to send it back to the manufacture.

I don't trust any brand - I look at individual products by the company and see if it's worth the money. "Trusting" a brand is a waste of time because all companies produce less than desirable product lines at some point.

so do you go by reviews on the websites your buying the prodcut from ? like newegg , amazon , tigerdirect . is their a  websites where people can post their reviews without being censored?

Newegg had posted every review I've ever made, good or bad. As long as it's not full of profaninty or some such, it will go through. Bad for business to censor.

As for the hardware, I use either Asus or Msi, depending on features I need. Then I look to reviews on it.

I generally look at professional reviews. Forums are probably your best bet for posting uncensored reviews.

okay good to know. then other thing that worries me about the bad reviews , is someone that might had ESD or was an idiot while installing . for the record i have been a idoit when installing .Know i always

 

  1. ground my self
  2. touch the case agian
  3. unplug pc and discharge any charge that is left
