PC shutdown when i touch the case

someone can help me? idk what it is doing.. i change my old case for new case z11 neo and when i touch my case or cables my screen is black and after 5sec my pc shutdown and restart .. tnx for help guys

Sounds like a grounding issue or something to me.

Do you have any lose cables in the case? Don't let them touch any metal parts if so. Who built your computer?

is your mobo properly placed on the case stands? make sure that your cables arent exposed or lose, also, try putting something under your case, i.e a carton piece or something that wont cause shorts

Grounding issue, short or loose connection (very loose)

 

Check all connections.. disconnect the power / re-set button and just short the jumpers for start / re-set.. See if any of that fixes it and let us know..

 

If it's a short... make sure there is nothing between the motherboard and the tray and the buttons may be shorting hence the disconnecting and then jump the pins with a screwdriver or something.

Make sure your not prodding the motherboard with a screwdriver while the computer is on...huehue

Laughs aside, reseat the motherboard, makes sure there isnt a screw or any loose metal touching the motherboard, then retry.
