No. Only upgrade to win 10 when it comes out. Technical preview doesn't even need a key.

Should i stick with my Win7 or upgrade to 10TP ?

Stick with 7 till full windows 10 is released.

And even still then, I wouldn't upgrade right away... let all the other minions go ahead and test windows 10 for us :P

Windows 10 should've been tested pretty good already, since the technical preview has gotten very much feedback.
