Yeah, I misread. If you're using an Ivy-Bridge processor with a Sandy Bridge Chipset (which you are), it should support up to 1600 Mhz RAM.

Yes. It'll run the RAM at a lower frequency however.

If you go to the wiki it lists h61 as a sandy bridge chipset. It'll lower the frequency down with that board.
