It's probably not the psu. Antec makes really solid psus and the one you have is enough.

 

Edit: It might be shorting under the motherboard or faulty start/reset switches. Have you tried 1 memory stick at a time?

I highly doubt that the psu would be the issue. As WM said, Antec makes solid PSUs. Check that you don't have defective memory, as this could be a potential problem. I personally haven't experienced any memory issues before, but it is a possibility. Good luck.
