Adobe Illustrator Snapping Problems

So Ive been messing about on Adobe illustrator recently and I was designing myself a thumbnail for all my profiles as I haven't changed mine for ages so I'm working on a fairly small scale (50px x 50px) and this is when I run into my problem.

When ever i try to move objects around to adjust their position it trys to snap to somewhere else (to the places it would go if I moved it with the arrow keys rather than a mouse) and it wont let me do anything else.

I tried looking about on the internet but couldnt really find anything.

If you don't know what I mean I could upload a video to show it.
