Hello I have a Laptop Toshiba L750 which doesn't recognize my phone when I connect it with usb cable. I tried all three usb slots, I tried to re-install drivers I checked usb settings in BIOS I searched in Toshiba website for drivers but couldn't find any. And also I don't have Bluetooth on my laptop which I had previously and for that I couldn't find any drivers as well on toshiba website. Is there anything else I could try to fix this issue? The phone or the cable isn't faulty because my desktop recognizes it..

Try turning your phone off before plugging it in, then, as it's plugged in to your laptop, turn it on.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
