850W is enough for 980ti sli yes.

 

Also people talk that 2/4TB Barracudas are more reliable than 3TB so you might want to change that too.

Evo cooler seems a TOUCH on the light side if you're spending this much. If you're running stock it'll work just fine of course, but I'd either get a bigger heatsink that can run quieter or that can allow OCing the CPU easier.

Case: Meatbag, humanoid - APU: Human Brain version 1.53 (stock clock) - Storage: 100TB SND (Squishy Neuron Drive) - PSU: a combined 500W of Mitochondrial cells - Optical Drives: 2 Oculi, with corrective lenses.
