computer spontaneously dies

A friend's gaming rig that I helped him build is randomly shutting off. attached is the information from the windows event log of the incident. any ideas on the cause?

Are all cables fastened properly? What specs? and what PSU? sounds like a lack of power or unstable power delivery.
Main culprits are : faulty PSU, some loose or incorrectly connected cables and maybe a bad plug/socket/extension cord or whatever.

I unplugged and repuged all of the cables from the power supply. problems disappeared.
