Do you have any other LGA1150 cpu's to test wether the mobo is dead because it might be that.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

its not the powersupply that died since i put my old AMD cpu and mobo in and it works fine and i tested the cpu on another lga1150 mobo and still nothing

Well then you are going to want to RMA it back to intel then.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

You might not need the plastic protective cover for the cpu fan, that's just to protect the preapplied thermal paste. Contact Intel, you have a cpu problem and want to rma it. They will ask you about the info that's etched on the cpu and In some cases the info that's on the cpu fan label itself, so have that ready. When it's all been answered, the will send you a email and you send the cpu out.  They might want you to send it back with the cpu protective cover.
