A friend of mine has a razer mouse, and the razer drivers are setting his scroll wheel sensitivity to 50 lines every time he restarts his computer. I have made a very basic program which changes the registry value, but windows only loads those settings at logon. Is there any was to force it to reload them from the registry without it needing a restart, which will let razer set it to 50 again? Having looked briefly on the web, the very few people who have asked about this have been told that it's probably possible, but nobody who answered knew how. He has now disabled the software from running on startup, which has fixed it, but it would be better if he didn't have to, as the drivers are always a good idea to run.
