Design your own.  Everybody prefers different things.  Some just like a dot to aim at heads, some like thick crosshairs, some skinny, some outlined, some not.  All depends on what YOU want.

Personally I enjoy just a purple dot, it's good for headshots, but it's a personal thing, just use the site @_ASSASSIN_ linked

on Gmod i use the HL2 crosshair, that has the 6 lines pointing towards the center, around the stock crosshairs, it works really well for me.

 

also, pick something that stands out from colors in the game, like pink, IT HELPS A LOT.

I like the classic dynamic from the options. Helps with tracking short bursts.
