Ok Home Server For Basic Storage?

Hey guys, I have always wanted to get a server, I have alot of computers with many different things on each one, and wanted to get it all in one place, so everything could be accessed on one computer. It doesn't have to be too fast. Just storage. Here are the specs, also the PSU seems very scetchy, but I've read that it works fine.

You should get at least an 80+ PSU because it's one of the bad things to go wrong in your system. Other than that, it looks good!

If its just a storage server I think a dual core athlon 64 will do just as good, you're limited by Gbe anyways.
