Windows 10 upgrade question

I've been wondering this myself.  I want the option to download an ISO and install from scratch.  The last thing I want to do years from now is reinstall Windows 7 and go through some lame upgrade process.

PSU: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Platinum 750W  Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4  Monitor: Viotek GFT27DB 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz

They said they will allow people to do a fresh install of Windows 10 whenever they wanted after they install, so if that's what you want then yes. For now you can reinstall your existing Windows OS and then wait (or clone the fresh install) for WIndows 10 to come out, that way it is technically a fresh install.
