A Requirement should be that it all works and connects....

that said, how about somebody with too much time makes a 

build with daisy chained powered external usb drives with an integrated usb hub

(max 127 devices per usb port, so a functional pc for about 1.000.000$ should be possible).

But i said no peripherals, IE- all inside the case.

nope its the one in china university of defense technology. ..

i can perform 33.86 quadrillion floating point operations in one second .. cant pronounce the name.. seach it on google

1. No Xeons, Opterons,or dual-CPU mobos

2. No Firepros or Quadros'

3. All parts MUST be available on PCPP'

4. No peripherals.
