Get a 980ti preforms almost just as well as the titan x as Linus bench marked, and it is about $350 cheaper

By cooling do you mean CPU? If so you are good

CPU: i5 6600k OCed to 4.5Ghz @ 1.35v, GPU: R9 390 Nitro, Motherboard: Asus z170-A, CPU Cooler: H100i GTX, RAM: HyperX 2x8 16gb DDR4, PSU: Seasonic x650, Storage: 850 EVO 500gb, WD 1tb blue, Case: H440 White/Black

Why do you want 32 gigabytes of ram M8? And, please don't use the v300 it's dead slow get a bx100. And get a cheaper motherboard like the Asus Z97-C. And, get a 980 ti it literally preforms like a titan for less. Use the money you saved to grab a good power supply like a 850W one for future SLI.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/X2nVP6Something like this. Could maybe SLI the 980Tis I don't know how much this cost where you live. How far/close Is this to your budget and don't spend that much on a HDD. Also is that 980ti in stock? The MSI gaming 4g is also very nice if that one is in stock. Pretty much what has already been said: If this rig is mainly for gaming and not rendering or something:

1. Get 16 gb of ram, the other 16 gb will probably never benefit you in the lifecycle of that rig.

2. Get a hybdrid water cooled 980 ti if you wanna go crazy, with the higher overclock it will be faster and quieter than a titan x (and 300$ or so saved).

3. Get a better ssd, since you could save 300-400 $ with the changes above you could look into the intel 750 ssd.

4. For that priceclass get a nice, quiet gold rated 600w or so PSU (for future sli around 850w), thats like 50$ more for a lot of quality.
