This is my first post on any forum ever sorry if i formated this wrong

* I thought of this earlier but I need a second opinion on this topic should I buy USED or NEW parts? Keep in mind this is my 1st PC I'm building.

1. [budget & Location] My budget would like to be under $1000ish I am from Los Angeles California United States of America

2. [Aim] My aim for this PC is to play Minecraft, GTAV, RUST, H1Z1, GMOD, CSGO, and other titles. I would also like to be able to stream and record and render this gameplay as I wish to make highlight videos in the future.

3. [Monitors] I think 1 monitor will be fine.

4. [Peripherals] I have a mouse and I still need a keyboard not sure what to get tho I need it to be quiet as my parents don't like to hear me gaming at night and headphones looking at the hyper x clouds.

5. [Extra] Intel and Nvidia please need it to run cool and not hog a lot of power. I have windows 7 or 8 on a CD so no need for that. Also I am very ocd about parts idk why tho.

-nvm-

Used parts for sure. You will never reach 1K$ for a streaming computer including a monitor without buying used parts.

Buy the cheapest i7 you can find, buy socket matching motherboard and a 970. Rest is as well price dependent, it is very hard to advise anything considering what you're looking for. it will depends on what you find rather than what you should get.

Okey, first of you wont be able to stream good quality with a budget of 1000. But the recording part should work pretty good. Also with perhipials in the budget of a 1000 makes it a bit harder but should work to get a pretty good system.

I would say you get somthing like this:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K

GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960

RAM: 8Gb of 1600Mhz

I'm not sure if you will be able to get this under 1000, beacuse prices may vary (I live in Sweden so it might be cheaper or more expensive in the US)

But if you get a  weaker CPU you wont really do much video editing and recording (You need the 4 cores hyperthreading, it will be much harder and lower quality otherwise) The GPU you could maybe swap for a 750ti if its too expensive. The Ram you need atleast 8Gb for rendering and recording.

So really i would save up a bit more to afford somthing like above.

FX-8350 GTX760 16GB RAM 250GB SSD + 1TB HDD

It will give you great streaming and rendering process. Run all the games you mentionned at 1080p  at more less max settings at 60fps without getting below 30fps. That should make your stream smooth enough.
