Are all those components compatible out of the box ?

Motherboard: Msi H97 Gaming 3

Cpu: Intel I5 4690

Ram: Kingston Hyper X savage 8GB (2*4GB)

Graphic: Msi Gtx970 gaming 

Hdd: western digital 1tb caviar blue 

Case: Fractal design define S

Ssd: Samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd 

Psu: seasonic s12g 550w 

And how is the build ?
