Monoprice has a pretty decent 28" 4k panel, take a look at that. Also, find a way to get an SSD in there for the love of god. And I'd buy a gaming grade mouse before the keyboard if you don't already have one;

Im wondering why you woujld buy thermal paste when its already pre applied to the stock heatsink

ify ou want to over clock your cpu in the future, would recommend a z97 board and a processor with a K at the end.  but it doesnt really look like your overclocking (which is fine)

never buy seagate drives, they crash very easily, my dad has a tall stack of seagate drives that have crashed in the past 3 years, get a wd blue, 64 mb cache, 1 tb 7200 rpm

for 4k gaming wait for the r9 300 series to come out and buy a few of those, (you might need a bigger board)

30 hz monitor? get  one thats 60 hz might be out of your budget though

thats a sketchy power supply, find one thats 80+ gold or bronze at least, fully modular would be nice

but those adjustments might be over your budget
