yes its worth it, better in general

The Behringer UM2 Audio Interface is $50 less but I don't know if the Focusrite Scarlett Solo Audio Interface is worth the extra $50.

I don't know about either of those, I have used other behringer products and they are nice, but if you are worried about price check out https://reverb.com they have used gear that is generally in great condition.
