Graphics Driver Problems

I keep getting that message saying that my driver has stopped working and has been recovered. I have a Gigabyte GTX 980 and I am running driver version 352.86. Any suggestions on fixing this?

 

 

Go back to 350.12, 352.86 is pretty buggy, I was getting the same issues.

Wait, 352 is buggy? On my 480 it's running perfectly fine.  :huh:

Yeah it's super buggy, my friends and I have had nothing but issues with it, random driver crashes, random PC crashes from it as well.

 

Darkman was getting PC crashes and lockups with his new 970 and he thought it was the GPU, was just 352.86.

Well this is very odd. I've actually played some games on this thing and had it folding full blast for like an hour and still no problems.

Thats like every other guy hating Catalyst 14.1/2/3 with bugs n mantle slowness,...yet they worked fine for me too.

I had such nice gains, and stability from it.

I had such nice gains, and stability from it.

I think so. I didn't have performance gains that I've noticed (7950 + G3258 = 30-50% performance cap), but it does seem to be a lot more stable.
