Is this Enough Wattage

im getting a 

 

to upgrade my outdated pc but i dont know if a 450w psu will cut it,  and pc partpicker said i need 419 watt, i ont know if i should upgrade to 500w or even 600 becase it is really pushing my luck with my budget, help

 

My Current Build: FX 8350 @ 5Ghz || NZXT Kraken X40 ( 0-11'C Idle - 40-50'C Load) || Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 || 4Gb HyperX Fury @ 1600Mhz / 3x1Gb Corsair XMS3 @ 1066Mhz || MSI R9 290 (Preforming At the Speed of an R9 290X) @ 1050Mhz || Cooler Master HAF 932 || 2x400Gb WD Drives - 500Gb Seagate Barracuda || 4 Random CD Drives || Viewsonic 1050x1680p Display || Logitech G602 Mouse || Microsoft Comfort Curve 3000 || Mpow Bluetooth Headphones ||

 

Next Build (April 2016): Same... || Custom Watercooled CPU loop || (October): Upgrade loop to include GPU ||

 

Laptop: Acer Aspire V3-531 || Intel B960 @ 2.2Ghz || 8Gb Ram || 500Gb Hitachi (donated from a old PS3 (120Gb Sandisk SSDNow Died))  ||

You are cutting it VERY close, I recommend getting a better PSU.

Case Bitfenix Ghost, Mobo Asus Maximus VIII Ranger, CPU i7 6700K @4.2 Ghz cooled by Arctic cooling Freezer i30, (barely). GPU Nvidia GTX 970 Gigabyte G1 @1519Mhz core, RAM 16Gb Crucial Ballistix CL16 @2400Mhz. SSD 128GB Sandisk Ultra Plus as my OS drive. HDD's  1TB  Seagate ST31000524AS its OEM, 3TB Seagate Barracuda, 2x 500GB WDC Blue (RAID 0)

If it isn't working absolutely perfectly, according to all your assumptions, it is broken.
