Hi guys! I'm planning for a new Black and White color scheme build with a budget of about $1200. hope you can help me finish this build. thanks!

 

CPU - Intel Core i5-4690K or i5-4460

Mobo - MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition

cpu cooler - cooler master 212x

GPU - Gigabyte GTX 970

RAM - HyperX fury white 8gb dual kit

HDD - Seagate 1TB 7200RPM

PSU - ???

SSD - ???

case - ???

 

Gonna use this pc mainly for gaming.

if you can recommend better parts for mobo, cpu cooler, gpu and ram, feel free to post it too :)

Any good brand 80+ Gold Power supply, eVGA, Seasonic, Corsair etc.

SSD, Always recommend intel/crucial.

Case, entirely your own personal flavour, choose whichever tickles your fancy the most.

Looks good, an H440 would be a good option, as it is pretty much the standard for black and white builds, but if you want to be a little different, you could get something like a define r5 with a windowed side panel. I would recommend using pcpartpcicker, it is extremely easy and does compatibility checks for you.

I would go for 4690k, a xfx r9 290, a nzxt source 340 and an evga super nova g2 with white cablemod cables
