A mouse that I would recommend in that price range would be the Logitech G400. It has a prediction and accelerationless sensor while still being quite cheap. It's only available in a right handed form and the shape is something that you either love or hate (personally I love it).

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?

Oh crap. Didn't see your budget. G400S or the Steelseries CoD mouse would be great choices. The rubber coating on the CoD mouse peels though. Also, do look for G9x sales. They'll be near your price-range.

I would say get whatever you can for $30, There isnt much that is super special for that price. at least that i know of
