Build Upgrade Decisions

So my budget is between  $600-$650 and I'm wanting to get an i7 4790K (unless you recommend something else), and an H80i as a cooling solution. I don't know what motherboard to fill the gap with, as I need to upgrade my mobo' as well, as I'm running an i7 960. So if you guys have motherboards in mind that would be good for overclocking considering that's a huge selling point of that chip, I'd love to hear. Thanks nerds :~^)

I think the i5 would be enough for you. unless you need the i7 with hyper threading.
