Google Chrome Problem

As the image attached... It is not a big deal actually, but it's annoying. This started to happen today. I don't know why, I have also tried to re-install the Chrome but it is still the same.

Maybe bad background resolution?

Its probably a glitch I would try disabling all the addons and themes to see if it fixes it.

These are the only extensions/add-ons that are running on my Chrome. I've also tried to disable them, and the problem still persists.
