Network card drivers.

I turned on my computer and it seems like i have managed to disable my network card. When i connect with wifi i can see my router and connect to it but i cant connect to any websites. If i do ipconfig in the command prompt every box that appaeres is empty. I need my fix of LTT. How can i fix this.
