First off, need all the specs.

Second thing, please don't use the 9590. It's wasteful of both power and money. You can get a better Intel chip for almost any application for considerably less, while drawing less power.

Since you have a top of the line AMD processor, I am going to assume you have a top of the line AMD GPU. So, then the answer would be no.

I would recommend an EVGA B2 750w for that price.

Yes, but it lets you have the option of upgrading or go multi gpu down the road.
