First off, need all the specs.

Second thing, please don't use the 9590. It's wasteful of both power and money. You can get a better Intel chip for almost any application for considerably less, while drawing less power.

In that case, 500w would be plenty

Yes, but it lets you have the option of upgrading or go multi gpu down the road.
