mac vm

I get into booting from Virtual Box and type in amd64 and hit enter. Then I get a screen like this: 

I don t know why but I need to be able to use Mac OS X Maverick for application development. My system specs are as follows: 

CPU: AMD A10 6700 (quad core at 31.ghz) 

GPU: AMD Radeon 8670D (integrated graphics) 

RAM: 8gigs (4gigs dedicated to OS X)

OSX is pretty picky on the kind of hardware it likes, and using a VM doesnt make that better (if anything, it makes it quite a bit worse)
