The Golden Green performs better but only by 0.01-0.02V in voltage regulation at similar load points. The Seasonic has even better ripple suppression, and the efficiency isn't really something that's going to be noticeable on the power bill.

 

The 5€ difference is not really significant, but I agree on the rest. A fully modular design is so much more convenient, and it's Seasonic. If it has good reviews (which I assume) then yes, this should be a pretty good choice.
