Steam Error Code

Hey guys,

 

So I just built a gaming rig. I have 51 games on steam and I want to download some of them on a harddrive and the others on a SSD. The ones that I want to download on a ssd work perfectly fine, but when I try to download the games on the harddrive, I get an error which states that steam is unable to create a steam library folder. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks in advanced guys! 

 

If there is no fix, and I have to download all my steam games in one disk, how can i move the games I already downloaded on my ssd to my harddrive?
