.FCP file - Urgent help required, techies!

Just about to do some editing for a company, the footage has been gathered (Recorded) by a friend at university, but she has done some editing to one of the recorded clips, and has exported it as a .FCP file (Final cut pro, file) I will be doing the editing on my personnel rig (Beast Windows machine) as I want to do it at home.

 

So the problem is I need to convert the .FCP file to something usable (.avi / .mfx ect) does anyone know of any programmes I can use to convert this damn file? :-/ Or is anyone who has Final Cut Pro willing to convert this for me? It's only 3MB... I can dropbox it to you! :)

Why don't you get her to re-export it?
