Headphones + modmic for $150?

So, I know this question has been asked multiple times, but many MANY headsets seem very uncomfortable after a hour or two and you just start to have to move them around and keep messing with them so they don't hurt your head.  This past week i've tried the corsair h2100's, and astro a40's with the mixamp, and tbh they aren't that great, there is the hyperx cloud but i'm looking to get something that could be better than that for $150.  Also, I don't have a soundcard so i'm not sure if that matters very much because the onboard audio I have on my mobo which is a z97 g55-sli.   My main concern is COMFORT and just good sound in general, open or closed doesn't really matter, I also play alot of CSGO if that matters.

Sennheiser HD518 and Audio-Technica ATH-AD500X should be under a hundred bucks and are both extremely comfortable.
