Multiple VMs WorkStation / Gaming Help

Hello Guys i need your help on a build components that supports multiple VMs (Running Servers and Clients at the same time like 3 servers and 10 clients) with no lagging or crashing to simulate a small company for studying purposes and can play most games in 1080p 60 frames ultra high settings.

and i like to run multiple applications at once.

 

Budget is 1600-3300$ just for the PC

Yellow and Black theme
