PC won't turn on

The PSU, HDD, GPU fan all turn on except the case fans and CPU fans. It doesn't give me a boot screen

try replacing mobo see if that fixes it, i think you may have damaged the vrm's

I can't Just replace the mobo when I'm leaving for another country in 2 days. I might as well just upgrade from my 760k to the 4790k now
