290 Temps While Gaming

I noticed that when I was playing GTA V, my gpu temps were stable at 94c. The fans were at 100% as well. Is this normal? There is a slight oc on it (just under 100 mhz) total clock is 1.06 GHz. I have the xfx dd card with antec formula 7 on it. Thanks!

That XFX card shouldn't be getting that hot, I'd expect those temp from a reference card.

That's too hot for a non reference card, and I have never seen a video card hit 100% fan speed before.
